Usage:
Ampra-40 (Pantoprazole 40 Mg) is used to treat heartburn, acid reflux, and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD). It is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that works by reducing the amount of acid your stomach produces, relieving irritation and allowing the food pipe to heal. Ampra-40 is also used to prevent stomach ulcers linked to long-term painkiller use. It is usually taken once daily, on an empty stomach, about one hour before a meal, as directed by your doctor — swallow the tablet whole, do not chew or crush it. Common side effects include nausea, headache, dizziness, and flatulence, which are usually mild. Ampra-40 is manufactured by Amplec Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and should be taken under medical supervision.
